Mr. Sakhi Muhammad

President

Mr. Sakhi Muhammad has been involved in automotive sales and finance since April 1996., He was rewarded the “The Best Finance Manager in Greater Houston area” during his 1 st six months in car business by Florida based lender “Special Finance Inc.”

He started his own business in August 1999 and has built a recognized name-brand (“Smart Choice”) He has also been involved in New Chevy and Buick franchise. He was one of the top Payless Car Sales dealer in the country and now currently owns Mitsubishi Franchise in La Porte Texas which has been named #1 Mitsubishi Franchise 9 out of 12 months in Greater Houston Area.
He played cricket in Fujairah (UAE) as an opening batsman and Leg Spinner, lead his team National Cricket Club to several In-State Championships during 1990-1996, won Houston Cricket League Championship in 1999 with Houston Cricket Club.

He started Smart Choice Sports Club to focus on healthy living through sports. He believes, “As we age, we get lost in taking care of our responsibilities of work and family ignoring our health.” He runs Marathons, plays cricket and has started construction of the 1st privately owned cricket stadium in the USA in honor of his father. His cricket team Smart Choice has several international players on its roster and the teams has won numerous national and international tournaments.

Mr. Julein Fountain

Director of Operations

Julien Fountain is a High Performance Cricket Coach and former Great Britain Olympic Baseball player. He has performed the role of Head Coach, Assistant Coach & Specialist Coach for a variety of teams around the world and has featured on the coaching staffs of the West Indies, Pakistan, Bangladesh & England. This includes 36 Test Matches, 106 ODI's & 28 T20 Internationals, including two ICC Fifty Over World Cups (UK 1999 & Asia 2011) & an ICC T20 World Cup (Sri Lanka 2012), an ICC Asia Cup (Bangladesh 2012), an ICC Champions Trophy (UK 2013) & an Asian Games (South Korea 2014).

Julien was part of the, the BPL 2012 Bangladesh Premier League winning Dhaka Gladiators coaching staff & the PSL 2016 Pakistan Super League runners up, Quetta Gladiators. He has also coached a range of ICC Associate or Affiliate teams, professional, national & international cricket teams.

Julien has been present at a number of key moments in cricket, including the West Indies players strike on their tour of South Africa in 1998, the forfeited Oval Test for alleged ball tampering, during the Pakistan v England Test series in 2006 and the Stanford Superstars "20 Million Dollar Game" where England were convincingly beaten in a one off T20 game by the newly created, privately owned franchise team.

Julien started his coaching career with the ECB England & Wales Cricket Board in 1996, working with their high performance youth teams where he coached the likes of Andrew Flintoff, Graeme Swann, Stuart Broad, Joe Root & Ben Stokes. He has coached at two world cups with the West Indies & Bangladesh and a T20 World Cup, an Asia Cup and a Champions Trophy with Pakistan. He has also coached South Korea at the 2014 Asian Games.

Julien took to the field as substitute fielder for the West Indies against the Prime Ministers eleven at the Manuka Oval in Canberra. He rose to the challenge by running out Anthony McQuire with a direct hit from the boundary. He has subsequently acted as substitute fielder three further times for both West Indies (Australia, UK) in 2001 & 2007 and Pakistan (in Abu Dhabi) in 2013.

During the 2010 ODI series against Zimbabwe, Julien was appointed temporary Head Coach of Bangladesh, for the 3rd & 4th ODI's, whilst Jamie Siddons attended the birth of his 2nd child back in Australia. Bangladesh won the 3rd ODI, however the 4th was unfortunately abandoned due to rain.

In January 2015 Fountain launched a project called Switch Hit 20 designed to help former professional baseball players transition into T20 Cricketers. This coincided with him accepting an invitation from the American Cricket Federation (ACF) to join their Honorary Advisory Board.
